The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a domestic area, so close to Kew gardens, the train station, and the cafe. The double room I stayed in was lovely with mini sink. The staff were welcoming and food was brilliant. Great and stunning location to attractions like Royal Botanic Gardens, that was near the venue.

The staff, although I didn't interact with them much, appeared to be friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
