The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a domestic area, so close to Kew gardens, the train station, and the cafe. The double room I stayed in was lovely with mini sink. The staff were welcoming and food was brilliant. Great and stunning location to attractions like Royal Botanic Gardens, that was near the venue.

I had a wonderful stay at the charming Maids Guest Rooms. The room was beautifully furnished in a simple 1930s style, and had a good-sized fridge to store my own drinks and food. The location, just a short walk from the train station, was very convenient. The free fresh milk provided daily for my coffee and tea was a nice touch. The staff, although I didn't interact with them much, appeared to be friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my city break. I was able to easily visit Kew Gardens and Hampton Court, and it was a more relaxing experience than staying in the busy city center. the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. the room was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee machine, toaster, and fridge with fresh milk. the cafe downstairs was a bonus, offering delicious breakfast options. this hotel exceeded my expectations!
While my stay at this hotel was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. the stairs in the building were quite steep, which some guests may find difficult to navigate.
